Qualifications


  • Certification: Current and active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).


  • Licensure: Arizona State Licensure for Behavior Analysts (if applicable, or willingness to obtain).


  • Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.


  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA services, including assessment, treatment planning, and supervision.


  • Skills: Strong understanding of ABA principles, excellent clinical skills, and effective communication (written and verbal).


  • Other: Reliable transportation, ability to travel within North Phoenix, and ability to pass a background check.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience with a variety of assessment tools and curricula


  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).

Key Responsibilities


  • Behavioral Assessment & Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLLS) to develop individualized, data-driven ABA treatment plans.


  • Clinical Intervention: Provide direct ABA therapy services, implementing evidence-based strategies to teach new skills and address challenging behaviors.


  • Supervision and Training: Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), ensuring treatment fidelity.


  • Caregiver Collaboration: Conduct parent education and training to empower families and ensure generalization of skills across various environments.


  • Data Analysis & Modification: Conduct ongoing data collection and analysis to monitor client progress and make data-based treatment decisions.


  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to the BACB Ethical Code and all professional/legal standards.


  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with families, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals.
