Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Assessment and Evaluation

  • Conduct comprehensive functional assessments to pinpoint behavior issues and underlying causes.

  • Formulate highly individualized treatment plans and personalized ABA programs for the home and community.


Implementation and Monitoring

  • Oversee the implementation of programs, providing on-site supervision as necessary for efficient treatment progress.

  • Review session notes and data recorded by Behavior Technicians (BTs) to monitor both client progress and staff proficiency.

  • Make necessary data-driven adjustments to intervention strategies to ensure optimal outcomes.


Training and Collaboration

  • Deliver impactful parent training and cultivate positive, professional working relationships with families.

  • Facilitate team meetings and collaborate with parents, staff, and other professionals for a holistic approach to care.

  • Promptly address guardian inquiries with the highest level of professionalism.
