Remote BCBA Supervisor Database
Are you seeking a BCBA Supervisor for remote fieldwork supervision or BCBA mentorship?
If your current workplace does not offer supervision, or you're looking to supplement in-house supervision with additional hours, you're in the right place! The following list contains supervisors who offer virtual BCBA supervision and/or mentorship.
Important note: If your state does not have licensure requirements mandating that your supervisor be licensed in your state, you should be able to choose any supervisor, regardless of where they're located. Discuss this further with supervisors who you're interested in working with. You can learn more about state licensure here.
Disclaimers: This is informational only. ABA Resource Center does not necessarily endorse any of these companies or supervisors. Please do your due diligence in selecting a supervisor, ensuring they are board certified, qualified to supervise, have the necessary state licensure (if applicable), and can meet your individual needs. Also, please note that supervision rates may be subject to change and this database is not always guaranteed to be updated as changes are made.

Hello! I've been in the field of ABA/behavioral health since 2018, and I've been a BCBA since 2024. I hold an undergraduate degree from Wright State University and a masters in ABA from Ball State University. I'm passionate about making ABA accessible for everyone, as well as providing trauma informed, neurodivergent affirming care.
My experience is primarily with preteens with moderate to high support needs, though I've worked with a range of individuals aged 2-18. I've worked in schools, hospitals, homes, and in clinic. My main areas of focus for my practice include setting truly socially significant goals (not just filling boxes in an assessment), reducing dangerous behaviors, training technicians way beyond the basics, and supervising future behavior analysts.

More Information
In the field of ABA since 2013.
Performed different roles and learned the best techniques for supervision and transfer of skills. Have worked with learners ages 2.5-23 with an emphasis on ASD experience with other learning disabilities and social emotional and trauma related behavioral issues. The best part of any job is the people! Talking with others fills my cup. I love spending time with RBTs because they are one of the few people who get the jokes about the ABA field!

More Information
I have been working in the field of social services since 1986. I was credentialed as a BCBA in 2010. I came to the field of behavior science as a direct service professional, working with children and adults with disabilities and their families. My personal and professional experiences have taught me how to integrate our science ethically and effectively into a functional practice. I have experience supporting learners of all ages, in a variety of settings.
I have used OBM in leadership roles outside the field of ABA. I focus on supporting students who want to accrue unrestricted hours because I think that better prepares students for a broad scope of competency and helps protect against professional burnout. It is also a more cost-effective approach to spending your fieldwork supervision budget. Feel free to check out my website for more information about me. Outreach for a free consultation. Good luck and have fun on your journey!
