Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership & Assessment

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop highly individualized plans of care.

  • Ensure fidelity in behavior plan implementation and provide hands-on clinical guidance.

  • Complete accurate and ethical documentation that is efficient—not overwhelming.


Mentorship & Supervision

  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in their daily practice to ensure the highest quality of care.

  • Foster a supportive, team-first culture through regular feedback and clinical coaching.


Collaboration & Education

  • Provide caregiver education and training to promote real-world skill generalization.

  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams (SLPs, OTs, PTs) to support holistic client outcomes.
