Our client is a BCBA-owned and operated organization that believes in doing ABA the right way—with integrity, compassion, and collaboration. Compensation & Benefits
  • Financial Security: Competitive salary ranging from $75,000 – $87,100 per year, plus a 401(k) with a 4% company match.

  • Attainable Bonuses: Monthly and quarterly bonus opportunities up to $11,100 per year (earned through both monetary rewards and additional PTO).

  • Health & Wellness: Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance (including HSA options), plus Employer-paid Life, AD&D, and Short/Long-term Disability. They even offer Pet Insurance and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

  • Time Off & Flexibility: Generous PTO, paid holidays, and flexible scheduling options to support a healthy work-life balance.

  • Professional Growth: BCBA-led leadership, personalized professional development plans, free on-demand CEUs, and reimbursement for licensure/certification fees.

Position Summary

As a Senior Clinical Supervisor, you will step into a leadership role within the Milwaukee clinic. This position is designed for an experienced BCBA who enjoys mentoring junior clinicians, shaping clinical programs, and helping expand services responsibly. You will work within a verbal behavior approach, ensuring that every intervention is rooted in science and delivered with dignity.

  • Mentor and support Behavior Technicians and newer BCBAs, fostering a culture of clinical excellence.

  • Lead caregiver and staff meetings to ensure a collaborative, “whole-family” approach to care.

  • Participate in monthly supervisor and quarterly roundtable meetings for ongoing training and peer support.

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to refine clinical systems and maintain ethical standards.
