Kore Autism Services BCBA Role Snapshot

Location:  

BCBAs may provide in-home, community-based, and/or center-based services at the new center in Bellaire, TX  Full-Time BCBAs are in person in Houston, TX 

Part-Time BCBAs must reside within 30 miles of 77401 and be available to be in person at least 2x per month  

Culture:  

Clinical support, training, and opportunities to work with other clinicians: 

• Weekly meetings to discuss cases and provide support to one another 

• Monthly collaboration with Kore’s Clinical Director  

Caseload and Hours:  

Full-Time BCBAs           

• 25 billable hours each week, 40-hour work week 

• Average number of cases 6-8 

Part-Time BCBAs

• Less than 30 hours a week

• BCBA Compensation:

  • Full-Time Pay Range: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

  • Sign On Bonus: $5,000 total (distributed at $1,250 a quarter)  

  • Part-Time Pay Range: hourly rate of $70-85/hour
