About the Company
Aloha! At ABC Group Hawaiʻi, we believe exceptional care starts with a team that feels prepared, supported, and valued. Whether you’re feeling burnt out and unsupported in your current BCBA role, or you’re a newly certified BCBA looking for strong mentorship and a collaborative environment—you don’t have to navigate your career alone here.
For over 20 years, we’ve provided compassionate, research-driven ABA services to children and families across Oʻahu. As a BCBA-D founded and operated company, our work is grounded in ethical practice, meaningful outcomes, and a genuine commitment to both our clients and our clinicians. At ABC, we’ve intentionally built a model where BCBAs feel supported—not overloaded. That means:
• Manageable caseloads based on experience and clinical readiness with our level system (not “one-size-fits-all caseload”)
• Strong mentorship and collaboration with our Directors of Clinical Services—so you’re never practicing in isolation- we are clinic-based, so you are surrounded by support!
• A deep commitment to quality, ethical, assent-based care and meaningful outcomes for children and families
We’ve been serving Hawaiʻi families for over 20 years, and our goal is simple: create a place where clinicians can do excellent work and sustain a career they love.
If that sounds aligned with what you value, I’d love to connect—even if you’re only open to a conversation right now. Check out our ad on Breezy.HR and message us for a conversation!
