In this energetic and rewarding position, you will work closely with clients, families, and a multidisciplinary team to implement individualized treatment plans that foster growth, independence, and improved quality of life. Duties  
  • Implement behavior intervention plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors. 

  • Collect and analyze data on client progress to inform ongoing treatment strategies, ensuring accurate medical documentation and adherence to care plans. 

  • Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as grooming, dressing, feeding, and toileting, to support their independence. 

  • Support clients during therapy sessions by teaching new skills across various domains including communication, socialization, and self-care. 

  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding sensitive medical records and personal information. 

  • Light cleaning.

  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to modify interventions as needed for optimal outcomes. 

  • Engage with children and individuals with autism in a patient, respectful manner that fosters trust and motivation. 

  • Document all session details meticulously in medical records, including progress notes and behavioral data collection. 

  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions focused on behavior management techniques and best practices in special education.

About the Company

Applied Behavior Services provides cutting-edge applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to individuals in St. Louis, St. Charles County, and surrounding areas in a wide variety of settings.


These services include:

  • Early intensive ABA (applied behavior analysis) intervention programs in the home or our Wentzville clinic, for children with autism and related developmental disabilities to teach language, academic, social, and adaptive behavior skills.


  • Special education ABA based school program at two campuses for students ages 3-21


  • Functional behavior assessment and behavior plan development


  • Behavior consultation in school, community, employment and home settings to reduce behaviors of concern, teach appropriate and meaningful replacement behaviors, and facilitate increased independence in all areas of life.


  • Group and individual trainings and workshops to teach others to successfully use applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles to reduce behaviors and teach new skills.


  • Ongoing personal care and support for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities in home, group and community settings.
