RBT Certification
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): Wake Forest, NC
Join an ABA Agency That Actually Knows Your Name. Are you tired of feeling like a number in a massive corporate machine? Do you love the high-standard, evidence-based practices of a large organization, but find yourself wishing for actual clinical support, reasonable caseloads, and a team that has your back?
At ABCs of Learning in Wake Forest, NC, we built a different kind of practice. We operate with the structural excellence, resources, and strictly adhered-to guidelines of a national organization—but we keep our culture intentionally local.
🌟 Why You’ll Thrive With Us
We don't just talk about quality care; we protect both our clients and our clinicians.
Real, Accessible Supervision: No ghost BCBAs here. Our supervisors maintain low caseloads so they can provide the active, hands-on, and compassionate mentorship you need to succeed and grow.
True Individualized Care: We value clinical integrity over cookie-cutter templates. You will implement evidence-based, data-driven treatment plans tailored specifically to each unique learner.
Paid Training & Career Pathways: We invest heavily in continuous quality improvement. From expanding your behavior-analytic skill sets to supporting your journey toward a BCBA or clinical leadership role, we fund your growth.
Ethical Caseloads & Scheduling: We combat burnout by matching you with cases that respect your commute, your schedule, and your mental health.
📋 What You’ll Do
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) on our team, you are the vital connection between a child’s potential and their progress. Your day-to-day includes:
Providing high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy using positive reinforcement strategies in natural learning environments.
