Key Responsibilities
Clinical Responsibilities
Assist with oversight and implementation of individualized ABA treatment plans
Conduct assessments and support data-driven treatment decisions
Provide parent coaching and help generalize skills in the home setting
Maintain accurate, timely, and HIPAA-compliant documentation
Collaborate with families, school teams, and interdisciplinary professionals
Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to case discussions
Supervision & Leadership
Supervise and mentor behavior technicians/interventionists
Participate in staff training
Support adherence to BACB standards and ethical guidelines
Compensation & Benefits
