Key Responsibilities


Clinical Responsibilities  
  • Assist with oversight and implementation of individualized ABA treatment plans 

  • Conduct assessments and support data-driven treatment decisions 

  • Provide parent coaching and help generalize skills in the home setting 

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and HIPAA-compliant documentation 

  • Collaborate with families, school teams, and interdisciplinary professionals 

  • Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to case discussions 


Supervision & Leadership  
  • Supervise and mentor behavior technicians/interventionists 

  • Participate in staff training 

  • Support adherence to BACB standards and ethical guidelines


Compensation & Benefits
