Clinical Leadership & Strategy
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop personalized plans of care.
Ensure fidelity in behavior plan implementation and provide hands-on clinical guidance.
Complete documentation that is accurate, ethical, and efficient—never overwhelming.
Mentorship & Supervision
Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in their daily practice.
Foster a supportive, team-first culture through consistent feedback and professional coaching.
Collaboration & Training
Provide caregiver education and training to promote real-world skill generalization.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support holistic client outcomes.
