Supervision & Mentoring
Provide high-quality supervision and mentoring to behavior technicians, assisting with their career development.
Ensure treatment fidelity and provide hands-on training in discrete trial teaching and behavior management.
Collaboration & Leadership
Lead family training programs and build rapport with caregivers from diverse backgrounds.
Participate in monthly regional and company-wide meetings to drive leadership initiatives and professional development.
