Key Responsibilities

Clinical Design & Implementation

  • Develop and implement all aspects of 1-on-1 programs using VB-MAPP, PEAK, ABLLS-R, or AFLS.

  • Create innovative functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).

  • Manage programmatic data collection, reporting, and natural environment teaching (NET).


Supervision & Mentoring

  • Provide high-quality supervision and mentoring to behavior technicians, assisting with their career development.

  • Ensure treatment fidelity and provide hands-on training in discrete trial teaching and behavior management.


Collaboration & Leadership

  • Lead family training programs and build rapport with caregivers from diverse backgrounds.

  • Participate in monthly regional and company-wide meetings to drive leadership initiatives and professional development.

  • Maintain general availability from 8am–6pm, Monday–Friday, with flexibility for occasional client needs.
