Description of the Role / Job Duties 

Howard Intervention Center is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and related developmental needs. 


The RBT will:  

  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA  

  • Provide direct behavioral intervention services  

  • Collect and record accurate session data  

  • Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals  

  • Maintain professionalism when working with families, school staff, and clinical supervisors  

  • Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development
