Howard Intervention Center is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and related developmental needs.
The RBT will:
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
Provide direct behavioral intervention services
Collect and record accurate session data
Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals
Maintain professionalism when working with families, school staff, and clinical supervisors
Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development
