Key Responsibilities

Clinical Oversight & Strategy

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate highly individualized treatment plans.

  • Design and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs) across home, community, and virtual settings.

  • Review session notes and data recorded by Behavior Technicians (BTs) to monitor client progress and ensure technician proficiency.


Family & Team Collaboration

  • Deliver impactful parent training and cultivate professional, positive relationships with families.

  • Provide on-site supervision as necessary to ensure treatment integrity and efficient clinical progress.

  • Facilitate team meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to ensure optimal outcomes for every child.
