Description of the Role:
Howard Intervention Center is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical oversight and supervision for individual school-based ABA cases, including alternative educational placements.
The BCBA will be responsible for:
Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
Developing and updating individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSP/BIP)
Providing supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Reviewing behavioral data and ensuring treatment integrity
Participating in IEP meetings and collaborating with district staff
Adjusting service intensity based on clinical data
This is not solely a traditional full-time caseload role. We are seeking a BCBA interested in providing structured, high-quality oversight for individual cases with flexibility and autonomy. Howard Intervention Center values clinical integrity, responsiveness, and collaborative partnerships with school districts.
