We provide community-based services to adolescents and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including some of the most challenging cases in the state. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct initial assessments and clinical progress reports 

  • Develop, train, and supervise the implementation of individualized behavior support plans 

  • Conduct Functional Assessments and Functional Analyses, as needed 

  • Oversee program effectiveness and treatment integrity for assigned cases 

  • Monitor data collection and make recommendations for assigned cases 

  • Attend clinical and managerial meetings, as assigned 

  • Assist with crisis situations, as needed 

  • Participate in the BCBA on-call rotation.  


Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Full-Time Benefits:

About the Company

Founded in 2001 by BCBAs, Behavioral Services of Tennessee provides both residential and clinical services for adolescents and adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. The individuals we support have a variety of developmental and intellectual diagnoses and are usually referred for services due to their history of engaging in unsafe behaviors, including but not limited to, physical aggression, property destruction, elopement, self-injurious behavior (various topographies), to name a few. Our goal is to provide community-based support, while maintaining safety to the individuals we serve and others as much as possible.
