The role of Behavior Technician involves:
Conducting therapy sessions in schools under the supervision of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
Recording data daily
Utilizing therapy techniques consistent with Applied Behavior Analysis
Implementing procedures designed by a BCBA
Communicating with team members and supervisors regarding client progress
Maintaining accurate, complete progress notes and other written records in accordance with program policies
Assisting in general administrative duties when not with clients as directed

About the Company
Alee Behavioral Healthcare provides therapies for children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Applied behavior analysis therapy (ABA), speech-language therapy, and occupational therapy are available at our clinics. We also provide home and school-based ABA therapy and support. We are a pediatric therapy clinic that specializes in children.
