Strong understanding and application of ABA principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

About the Position
This is a full-time, clinic-based role centered at our Cranston location. As a Behavior Analyst at Alee Behavioral Healthcare, you will be empowered to lead your treatment teams and drive meaningful progress for our clients.
What You’ll Do:
Own Your Caseload: Manage your own schedule, with core service hours typically between 9 am and 4 pm. We offer flexibility for remote work, scheduling modifications, and evening sessions based on your preferences.
Lead with Impact: You will spearhead your multidisciplinary treatment teams, including BTs/RBTs, Lead Therapists, and Treatment Coordinators to ensure the highest quality care.
Collaborate and Grow: You will report directly to the Clinical Director and join a vibrant, experienced team of BCBAs, benefiting from regular peer mentorship and case collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Conduct skill-based, preference and reinforcer, and behavioral assessments as indicated by the presentation of the client and make appropriate recommendations for treatment based on results.
Prepare individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans, incorporate client and caregiver/family preferences.
Ensure goals and objectives are meaningful and relevant to the client and his/her/their family/caregivers
Provide support and direction to the behavior therapist(s) implementing the treatment plan to ensure interventions are implemented with fidelity
Modify interventions as clinically indicated, in accordance with professional standards, ethical guidelines, and funding source requirements
Develop transition plan in coordination with the client’s treatment team, and supervise implementation of the plan
Manage assigned caseloads to ensure appropriate dosage, supervision frequency, and service delivery in accordance with clinical need and funding requirements.
Partner effectively with parents, caregivers, and other professionals (such as speech or occupational therapists) to ensure a holistic and consistent approach to client care.
Ensure timely, accurate, and ethical clinical documentation, data collection, and progress reporting in compliance with company standards and funding requirements.
Participate in regular clinical meetings, staff training initiatives, and professional development activities to foster a collaborative learning environment.
