Key Responsibilities


  • Assessment & Treatment Design: Conduct intake evaluations, including functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments to design individualized treatment plans of care.


  • Program Development: Design and implement positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans, using innovative treatment techniques to improve clients’ social, behavioral, and adaptive skills.


  • Supervision and Training: Supervise, train, implement, and monitor the progress of ABA technicians (RBTs), ensuring the gold standard of care is delivered consistently.


  • Family Collaboration: Provide caring support and training during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations.


  • Data Analysis & Modification: Continuously graph data, adjust strategies as needed to ensure progress, and provide routine progress summaries.


  • Service Delivery: Deliver compassionate, individually tailored treatment plans across various settings, including center, home, and school-based services.


Schedule: Monday to Friday.

Travel Requirement: Up to 25% travel.
