School-Based BCBA in Fort Campbell, Kentucky
What You’ll Do
• Support approximately 101 students across Fort Campbell’s 6 schools (4 elementary, 1 middle, 1 high)
• Provide school-wide behavior consultation and environmental planning
• Develop behavior treatment plans based on student IEPs
• Train and coach teachers and paraeducators on behavior strategies
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Design and implement behavioral therapeutic programs focusing on:
• Reducing aggression, avoidance, and disruptive behaviors
• Building daily life skills and classroom readiness
• Positive reinforcement systems for behavioral improvement
• Submit digital quarterly reports on student behavioral progress
Environment: This is an in-school role, not community-based or clinical; no direct services provided to students or families
Pay & Benefits
$50.68 hourly plus bonus
Term: Aligned with the 2025–2026 school calendar (no holidays, weekends, or school breaks)
