OTC Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Burlington, NJ. This leadership role is responsible for assessing the needs of individuals served in our Day Program Community Access Centers and Residential Group Homes, and developing individualized behavior support programs that promote independence, engagement, and positive outcomes.  


Working under the direction of the Director of Professional Services, the BCBA will play a key role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities through evidence-based  behavioral interventions and staff training.  


Key Responsibilities 
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). 

  • Provide services including functional behavior assessments, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and adaptive life skills training. 

  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to evaluate client progress and adjust plans as needed. 

  • Monitor behavioral, social, environmental, and personal needs of clients on an ongoing basis. 

  • Observe and support staff teams across programs, providing training, coaching, and feedback to ensure effective implementation of behavior strategies. 

  • Oversee client engagement in daily activities to ensure individuals are actively working toward personal goals and outcomes. 

  • Develop and implement skills acquisition and social skills programs, including FBAs and FAAs when necessary. 

  • Provide training in Safe and Positive Approaches or other behavioral intervention methods used by OTC. 

  • Ensure accurate, timely, and effective written documentation and communication. 

  • Participate in additional duties as assigned.


Pay 

$82,000 per year
