Unlike traditional BCBA roles, our Behavior Analysts do not directly supervise Behavior Technicians; instead, they collaborate closely to provide training and support, ensuring their success.
Compensation:
In-person: $86,000–$90,000 + $2,500 sign-on bonus + monthly service delivery incentive package
