BCBA Outreach and Consultation Overview 


The Outreach and Consultation BCBA provides educational and behavioral consultation to families, Early Intervention providers, and other service agencies to support the needs of children with autism spectrum disorders. This role includes conducting assessments, developing curriculum and behavior support plans, designing data collection systems, and training and supervising ABA Counselors. With opportunities to work in center-based, home, and community settings, this position offers a dynamic and collaborative environment where you can apply your expertise and make a meaningful impact.  


Schedule and Salary Information  


  • Mon-Fri, 8-hour shifts starting between 830a and 1030a 

  • Center-based with some travel to homes and community sites 

  • Salary commensurate with experience, starting at $73,214

Outreach and Consultation BCBA Responsibilities  


  • Deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in assigned locations 

  • Ensure all services are evidence-based and aligned with Melmark’s standards 

  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and developmental assessments 

  • Develop and monitor data collection systems, behavior support plans, and educational curricula 

  • Train and supervise ABA Counselors, families, and Early Intervention staff 

  • Develop treatment plans and IFSPs 

  • Maintain confidentiality of all students, families, and staff 

  • Utilize approved assessment techniques and software systems to document progress, billing, and case information 

  • Provide timely and accurate session notes and consultation feedback 

  • Assess and support staff performance through observation and feedback tools 

  • Collaborate with District IEP Teams as requested 

  • Perform all other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
