Remote BCBA: Virtual Parent Training Specialist


Key Responsibilities


  • Provide caregiver training sessions virtually (no direct therapy hours) 

  • Collaborate with caregivers to develop goals, monitor progress, and adapt strategies to meet family needs 

  • Communicate professionally with CLTS service coordinators, schools, and other team members 

  • Complete required documentation, session notes, and Caregiver Plans in a timely manner 

  • Maintain ongoing certification and professional standards in alignment with the BACB® Code of Ethics 

  • Participate in supervisor/team meetings 

  • Conduct business development activities as directed
