Remote BCBA: Virtual Parent Training Specialist
Key Responsibilities
Provide caregiver training sessions virtually (no direct therapy hours)
Collaborate with caregivers to develop goals, monitor progress, and adapt strategies to meet family needs
Communicate professionally with CLTS service coordinators, schools, and other team members
Complete required documentation, session notes, and Caregiver Plans in a timely manner
Maintain ongoing certification and professional standards in alignment with the BACB® Code of Ethics
Participate in supervisor/team meetings
Conduct business development activities as directed

Requirements
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and in good standing with the BACB.
Licensed in the state of Wisconsin
Must reside in the state of Wisconsin
Minimum 3 years of experience in ABA as a BCBA is highly preferred, including experience with parent training and telehealth
Strong interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills.
Reliable internet connection, computer, and private workspace.
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload remotely.
Familiarity with trauma-informed care and neurodiversity-affirming practices.
