Position Summary
Tropical Behavioral Services (TBS) is a community-based ABA provider serving children on the autism spectrum and their families in St. Croix. We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical leadership and deliver high-quality ABA services across clinic, school, and community settings. This position follows a weighted caseload model designed to support sustainable and ethical workloads.
Compensation & Benefits

Essential Responsibilities
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Monitor and adjust programming based on clinical data
Provide supervision, coaching, and professional development for Behavior Technicians
Partner with families and caregivers in treatment planning and goal development
Maintain documentation in accordance with the BACB Ethics Code and HIPAA standards
Utilize Central Reach for data collection and reporting
