Position Summary  

Tropical Behavioral Services (TBS) is a community-based ABA provider serving children on the autism spectrum and their families in St. Croix. We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical leadership and deliver high-quality ABA services across clinic, school, and community settings.  This position follows a weighted caseload model designed to support sustainable and ethical workloads.  


Compensation & Benefits  
  • Base Salary: $90,000+ per year (DOE) 

  • Quarterly Billable Bonus Incentive 

  • Relocation Support Available (based on contract term)

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)  

  • Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)  

  • Monitor and adjust programming based on clinical data  

  • Provide supervision, coaching, and professional development for Behavior Technicians  

  • Partner with families and caregivers in treatment planning and goal development  

  • Maintain documentation in accordance with the BACB Ethics Code and HIPAA standards  

  • Utilize Central Reach for data collection and reporting
