Responsibilities
  • Complete FBAs/assessments and write individualized treatment plans meeting Illinois Medicaid standards.

  • Deliver ABA via telehealth; coordinate/oversee in-home implementation when required.

  • Supervise and coach RBTs/technicians; ensure treatment fidelity and ethical practice.

  • Provide parent/caregiver training and drive measurable skill acquisition.

About the Company

I am excited to introduce Educational and Therapeutic Care Services, LLC & Growing Minds ABA Therapy Center. We will be new providers of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism ages 1–12 in Waukegan, Zion, and North Chicago, Illinois.


We provide:

  • In-home ABA therapy delivered by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

  • Telehealth parent training and supervision by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • Individualized treatment plans and progress tracking
