Assessment and Evaluation
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to pinpoint behavior issues and their underlying causes.
Utilize assessment tools to evaluate clientsâ strengths, needs, and areas for targeted improvement.
Treatment Planning
Develop highly individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessment results and established client goals.
Set clear, measurable, and achievable objectives to guide treatment.
Implementation and Monitoring
Oversee the implementation of BIPs by guiding and supporting direct care staff and parents.
Monitor client progress diligently and make necessary data-driven adjustments to intervention strategies.
Training and Supervision
Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and support staff in ABA techniques and best practices.
Provide consistent feedback to ensure the fidelity of treatment implementation.
Collaboration & Documentation
Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals for a holistic approach to care.
Maintain accurate records, treatment plans, and session notes, preparing regular reports on client outcomes.
