This hybrid position requires 3 days in-clinic and 2 days of telehealth per week. Position Summary

The BCBA is responsible for planning, developing, and monitoring effective, evidence-based ABA treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in a hybrid setting. This role includes direct client services, clinical oversight (both in-clinic and via telehealth), and supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). The BCBA will collaborate closely with families, interdisciplinary providers, and community partners to improve behavioral, social, and communication outcomes.


Key Responsibilities


Clinical Services & Program Management
  • Provide ABA program management for children and adults with autism spectrum disorders

  • Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans


Supervision & Training
  • Supervise, train, and coach Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

  • Ensure fidelity of treatment implementation through ongoing feedback and support


Collaboration & Family Support
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams, including Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, schools, and other service providers

  • Facilitate parent training and support families in accessing community resources


Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong assessment, treatment planning, and clinical decision-making skills

  • Knowledge of a range of evidence-based clinical approaches

  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and data-tracking skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
