The LEEAP Center

At The LEEAP Center, we do therapy differently.  We are Charlotte’s  interdisciplinary pediatric therapy hub, supporting children and families through speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, ABA therapy, psychological services, feeding and swallowing support, bilingual therapy, and teletherapy.  

Our work is rooted in a simple belief: children deserve excellent care, families deserve to feel supported, and clinicians deserve a workplace where they can grow, collaborate, and make a meaningful impact.  

For clinicians, The LEEAP Center is a place to do meaningful work without doing it alone. Our team of SLPs, OTs, PTs, BCBAs, psychologists, behavior technicians, and administrative professionals work together to support the whole child, not just the diagnosis.  

We are currently growing our team and connecting with mission-aligned BCBAs, Bilingual SLPs, SLPs, and OTRs who believe in evidence-based care, family-centered service, and people over profit.
