<p class=""font_8""><strong>We currently have full and part-time positions available </strong>in our Community-Based Services program (in homes, daycares, and other offsite premises depending on client need).</p>

<p class=""font_8"">As a Behavior Technician, you will serve individuals with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and focus on skill development and behavior change using Applied Behavior Analysis. You will work directly under a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement 1:1 programming with clients.</p>

<p class=""font_8"">Duties will include implementing intervention, ongoing data collection and graphing, behavior management and support, and collaboration with staff and families.</p>

<h4 class=""font_4"">Job Responsibilities:</h4>

<li><p class=""font_8"">Provide direct services and implement intervention based on individualized treatment plans.</p></li>

<li><p class=""font_8"">Follow the prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols.</p></li>

<li><p class=""font_8"">Utilize safe and appropriate handling procedures when working with clients.</p></li>

<li><p class=""font_8"">Track behavior progress daily through ongoing data collection and graphing.</p></li>

<li><p class=""font_8"">Participate in daily and weekly program review opportunities with the LBA.</p></li>

<li><p class=""font_8"">Support client in all areas related to treatment plan, including but not limited to development of toileting, feeding behavior, and family support goals.</p></li>

<li><p class=""font_8"">Assist the LBA, LaBA and ABA interns with preparing client materials, as instructed.</p></li>

<li><p class=""font_8"">Support client in group instruction settings.</p></li>
