BCBA  

  • Current BCBA certification 

  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field 

  • Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills 

  • Ability to develop and oversee individualized treatment plans  


RBT  

  • Current RBT certification 

  • Ability to implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision 

  • Reliable, compassionate, and professional 

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills  


BT (Behavior Technician)  

  • High school diploma or equivalent, as applicable 

  • Completion of the required 40-hour RBT training, or willingness to complete it 

  • Experience working with children is preferred 

  • Previous ABA or behavioral health experience is a plus 

  • Willingness to complete additional required training and obtain RBT certification, when applicable 

  • Reliable, patient, compassionate, and comfortable working directly with children 

  • Ability to follow treatment plans and clinical direction

About the Company

**A Leap Beyond Autism Services** is a dedicated provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services focused on helping children and families build meaningful skills and achieve greater independence. Our team provides individualized, compassionate, and evidence-based support tailored to each client’s unique needs.


We work closely with families and our clinical team to promote positive outcomes across communication, social skills, daily living, learning, and behavior. We are committed to creating a supportive environment where our clients, families, and team members can grow and succeed together.
