• Minimum of two years of professional experience in Applied Behavior Analysis
• Clinical Lead: At least one year of experience conducting FBAs and designing treatment plans. (This role requires an advanced clinical scope beyond standard BHT or general counseling duties)

Job Responsibilities
• Clinical Assessment: Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and score standardized skills assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, AFLS) to drive clinical programming.
• Program Design: Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) rooted in ABA principles, designing socially significant goals customized to the client's unique needs.
• Data Analysis: Collect, graph, and interpret general goal data and ABC data to analyze functions of behavior and adjust treatment protocols in real-time.
• Collaboration: Mentor staff using Behavior Skills Training (BST) and actively transfer skills to caregivers to ensure long-term success.
• Service Delivery: Provide direct services and supervision in schools, homes, and community settings. A reliable personal vehicle is required for travel between client sites.
• Productivity Expectation: Part time billable expectation of 18 hours per week
Earn up to $45 per hour for 18 or more billable hours, plus a $1,000 sign on bonus.
