Responsibilities:


  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, FBA) for early childhood clients.

  • Develop individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans.

  • Provide direct supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

  • Collaborate with families to ensure generalization of skills and parent training.

  • Monitor client progress, analyze data, and adjust treatment plans as needed.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services.

  • Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.


Compensation & Benefits:


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Requirements

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.

  • Experience working with early childhood clients is highly preferred.

  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and evidence-based practices.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
