Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, FBA) for early childhood clients.
Develop individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
Provide direct supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Collaborate with families to ensure generalization of skills and parent training.
Monitor client progress, analyze data, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services.
Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
Compensation & Benefits:

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Requirements
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Master's or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
Experience working with early childhood clients is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of ABA principles and evidence-based practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
