As a Behavior Analyst, you will develop individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis principles to support children with developmental challenges. Your role will be crucial in helping clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. 


Duties: 


  • Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with children, applying techniques from Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to promote positive behavior changes.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs. 

  • Monitor and document client progress, ensuring accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. 

  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to provide comprehensive support for clients. 

  • Participate in diagnostic evaluations and assessments to identify behavioral health needs. 

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of behavior analysis terminology and best practices in special education and behavioral health. 

  • Supervise behavior technicians

About the Company

Overcoming Limitations is a BCBA owned agency providing in home and community based ABA services for children and young adults with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. We serve individuals in the state of New Jersey from the following counties: Monmouth and Ocean but we do hope to expand throughout the state in the future. Our services are designed to promote independence, teach new skills, improve performance across multiple areas, and decrease unwanted and challenging behaviors.
