Job Responsibilities


  • Implement individualized treatment and behavior plans under clinical supervision 

  • Deliver ABA-based therapeutic interventions to clients 

  • Provide behavioral and emotional support to children and families 

  • Model and teach skills to clients and their caregivers 

  • Collect and report data on client progress 

  • Complete timely and accurate documentation of each session 

  • Attend required supervision meetings and trainings at our Bensalem office 

  • Adhere to legal and ethical requirements, including mandated reporting laws 

  • Use appropriate crisis intervention techniques when needed
