Supervision takes place in a complex ecology. Each person, the supervisor, practitioners, children, and families, all affect one another within their unique and interdependent ecology. The posture and the actions of the supervisor can help the ecology move towards or away from behavioral wellbeing and growth for all members of the ecosystem. The purpose of this presentation is to provide a framework and guidance for supervisory practices that nurture life enhancing progress for all.
