Remote BCBA Supervisor Database

Are you seeking a BCBA Supervisor for remote fieldwork supervision or BCBA mentorship?

If your current workplace does not offer supervision, or you're looking to supplement in-house supervision with additional hours, you're in the right place! The following list contains supervisors who offer virtual BCBA supervision and/or mentorship.

Important note: If your state does not have licensure requirements mandating that your supervisor be licensed in your state, you should be able to choose any supervisor, regardless of where they're located. Discuss this further with supervisors who you're interested in working with. You can learn more about state licensure here.

Disclaimers: This is informational only. ABA Resource Center does not necessarily endorse any of these companies or supervisors. Please do your due diligence in selecting a supervisor, ensuring they are board certified, qualified to supervise, have the necessary state licensure (if applicable), and can meet your individual needs. Also, please note that supervision rates may be subject to change and this database is not always guaranteed to be updated as changes are made.

More Information
I began my career as a special education teacher, later advancing to the role of a district-level Autism Specialist for a public school system. I eventually went back to school to get my certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. After nearly two decades in educational settings, I transitioned to clinic-based work, occupying roles such as clinical supervisor, associate clinical director, regional director, director of clinical services, director of training and supervision, and owner.
I have been a BCBA since 2010 and have been providing supervision since 2014

My areas of expertise include adolescent and adult populations, school- based settings, training, managing challenging behavior, and ethics. I also provide mandatory mentorship for certificants who have been cited by the BACB for ethics code violations.

Statement of Supervision Style:
“My supervision style for clinicians is the same as my therapy style for clients, which is very person-centered and achievement-oriented. I want to hear from you what your values are and what style of behavior analyst you want to be, and then I want to make sure I give you all the support you need, in whatever way you best learn, to be able to reach your goals. We’ll use the science of behavior analysis to break down your needs into manageable steps and systematically shape up your competencies, so you have the tools and skills you need to keep progressing towards your values for your whole career. We’ll connect everything back to the evidence-based literature so you know the “why” behind what you’re doing; why it works, how it relates to the philosophical underpinnings of behavior analysis, and where you can learn more when you’re on your own with less supervision"
