Virtual BCBA Position


BCBA is responsible for conducting assessments, ensuring all billable hours are completed in accordance with applicable funder requirements, analyzing data and making data-based program changes, developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans based on the principles of ABA, providing training for therapists, having strong organizational and prioritization skills, oversee all client cases (various ages, behaviors, and functioning levels)  


• Conduct initial intake assessments (virtual) 

• Develop treatment plans and obtain insurance authorizations 

• Manage and design data collection systems 

• Provide parent training (virtual) 

• Monitor client progress 

• Supervise and train staff members (virtual) 

• Conduct staff performance reviews
