Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Provide parent training and caregiver support
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
