We’re currently seeking full- and part-time BCBA Supervisors to join our growing team across multiple regions in North Carolina (Raleigh, Sanford, Goldsboro). Services are provided in the home, clinic, and school settings, so a little travel adds variety to your work week.

What You’ll Do
Conduct FBAs and design individualized, data-driven ABA programming
Oversee treatment plans and ensure compliance with insurance mandates
Supervise and mentor RBTs with ethical, effective feedback
Facilitate parent training to strengthen family success
Monitor client progress, adjust programming, and support 8-12 clients
Ideally be available M-F from 8.30-5.30
Collaborate with fellow supervisors to maintain high-quality services
Manage your caseload schedule (we handle the RBT scheduling for you!)
