Key Responsibilities

Clinical Oversight & Strategy

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments for initial treatment and re-authorizations.

  • Manage a standard caseload (120 billable hours/month) with a focus on high-quality clinical outcomes.

  • Write and update treatment plans, ensuring all documentation is submitted with precision for clinical review.

  • Lead parent meetings (in-person or telehealth) to ensure families are active partners in their child’s progress.


Leadership & Mentorship

  • Supervise and mentor a team of staff, ensuring consistent session attendance and clinical integrity.

  • Provide supervision for student analyst interns in both clinic and home settings.

  • Conduct necessary peer reviews to secure authorizations and advocate for client needs.
