Qualifications
Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the BACB
Licensure: Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Arizona
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of supervised BCBA experience
Completion of (or willingness to complete) the 8-hour BACB Supervisor Training
Ability to administer assessments and develop treatment plans
Must obtain and maintain:
Fingerprint Clearance Card
CPR & First Aid Certification
Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance required
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to kneel, squat, stand, sit on the floor, and maintain various postures for extended periods
Ability to move quickly to ensure client safety

Position Summary
The BCBA is responsible for planning, developing, and monitoring effective, evidence-based ABA treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This role includes direct client services, clinical oversight, and supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). The BCBA will collaborate closely with families, interdisciplinary providers, and community partners to improve behavioral, social, and communication outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Services & Program Management
Provide ABA program management for children and adults with autism spectrum disorders
Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
Supervision & Training
Supervise, train, and coach Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Ensure fidelity of treatment implementation through ongoing feedback and support
Collaboration & Family Support
Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams, including Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, schools, and other service providers
Facilitate parent training and support families in accessing community resources
Work Location & Schedule
Location: In-person | Ahwatukee, AZ
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
Relocation: Required prior to start date
