Key Responsibilities
Clinical Excellence & Assessment
Conduct comprehensive FBAs and a variety of skills-based assessments (VB-MAPP, AFLS, PEAK, ABLLS-R).
Design and oversee individualized treatment plans focusing on both behavior reduction and robust skill acquisition.
Monitor treatment fidelity and ensure all interventions align with the BACB ethical code.
Supervision & Collaboration
Provide high-quality training, supervision, and performance feedback to behavior technicians.
Analyze real-time data to make informed treatment decisions and program updates.
Partner closely with families and schools, providing caregiver coaching that empowers the child’s entire support system.
