Position Summary

As a BCBA, you will provide high-quality, home-based ABA services to a full caseload of clients. Key Responsibilities

Clinical Oversight & Program Success

  • Plan, manage, and coordinate staff efforts to achieve the objectives of the client’s IEP/IFSP.

  • Implement program curricula and ensure overall clinical effectiveness.

  • Manage, record, and report daily data regarding client status and progress.


Supervision & Training

  • Provide high-quality training and supervision to Behavior Technicians.

  • Provide direct services and coaching to clients and their parents to ensure generalization of skills.

  • Prepare annual reports evaluating program effectiveness and making data-driven recommendations.
