Key Responsibilities
Hybrid Case Management: Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS) and develop treatment plans with the flexibility to handle administrative tasks and data analysis remotely.
Supervision & Training: Provide high-quality mentorship to RBTs and BCBA candidates, utilizing a mix of in-person coaching and telehealth supervision where appropriate.
Collaboration: Partner with families and multidisciplinary teams (SLPs, OTs) through regular caregiver training and clinical case reviews.
Compliance: Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure adherence to BACB® Ethical Codes and HIPAA regulations.

Schedule: Monday – Friday.
