Position Overview  


A private family is seeking a highly qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or comparably trained specialized care professional (e.g., SPED professional, Speech-Language Pathologist, or Registered Behavior Technician) to provide comprehensive, individualized care and behavioral support for their nonverbal child in a private home setting. Active certification or licensing is NOT required (Example: Former BCBAs or SLPs or those in school to obtain are eligible).  


This is a rotational, live-in role requiring continuous presence and care during scheduled on-duty weeks, including domestic and international travel. The position blends ASD informed caregiving and collaboration with family and private and clinical teams to ensure consistency, dignity, and evidence-based intervention across all environments.  


Schedule  


7 days on / 7 days off rotation  

24/7 live-in coverage during on-duty weeks  

Flexibility for international travel is required  


Key Responsibilities  


  • Provide nurturing and engaging direct, one-to-one support aligned with the child’s individualized treatment plan and family's goals  

  • Support activities of daily living while promoting independence, safety, and quality of life in a way that is encouraging, empowering and child-led  

  • Collaborate with a private family and team that may include household staff, clinicians, educators and medical providers  

  • Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and ethical conduct  

  • Ensure consistency of care across home, travel, and community environments  


Compensation and Benefits  


  • Compensation up to $250,000 annually + overtime, commensurate with credentials and experience
