Clinician (LCSW, LPC, BCBA, or PBSF) Northern Virginia | Hybrid

Some clinical roles are all paperwork.  

Others keep you so busy you barely have time to actually help people.  

This role is meant to be different.  

We’re looking for a licensed clinician in Northern Virginia who enjoys working alongside program teams, helping staff navigate challenging behaviors, and making a real impact for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.  

You won’t be sitting behind a desk all day. You’ll be collaborating with program leaders, supporting staff in real situations, and helping create strategies that truly improve stability for the individuals we serve.   

What the role looks like  

• Caseload around 20–25 individuals 

• Supporting residential programs in Woodbridge and Alexandria 

• Working closely with Program Directors and DSP teams

Compensation  

• $85,000 – $88,000 base salary 

• 5% annual bonus
