You won’t be sitting behind a desk all day. You’ll be collaborating with program leaders, supporting staff in real situations, and helping create strategies that truly improve stability for the individuals we serve.

Supporting residential programs in Woodbridge and Alexandria
Working closely with Program Directors and DSP teams
Compensation
$85,000 – $88,000 base salary
5% annual bonus
