Knowledge, Skills and Experience  

  • BCBA certification and a Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.  

  • Experience with early intervention, NET, and trauma-informed practice. 

  • Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills. 

  • Passion for affirming, strengths-based ABA and being part of a team that truly cares. 

  • May be asked to drive short distances to meetings and the office/clinic. 


Physical Requirements  

  • Ability to lift and/or push 30 pounds  

  • Ability to physically bend, squat, reach over shoulders and head, kneel, sit, walk on normal or uneven surfaces and stand.  

  • Work at clinic and office as needed (a short distance apart)

What You'll Do:  
  • Provide direct and indirect ABA services in a clinic setting (with occasional home generalization). 

  • Supervise RBTs with hands-on mentorship and modeling of ethical, naturalistic practices. 

  • Design and oversee assessments, behavior plans, and treatment goals using tools such as the VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and EFL. 

  • Lead team meetings, consult with families, and collaborate with other BCBAs on-site. 

  • Maintain accurate documentation through CentralReach and support insurance needs.   

  • The ideal candidate will be available to supervise the afternoon shift until 5:30pm.
