Nurture Path Development Center is a newly developing ABA clinic focused on providing high-quality, compassionate care for children with autism. We are seeking a reliable, collaborative BCBA to help build a strong clinical foundation as we prepare for launch.
Position Type: Part-time or contract
Flexible schedule
Opportunity to grow with the clinic
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Supervise RBTs and provide clinical oversight
Support initial clinic setup and systems development
Collaborate to establish quality clinical practices
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
