Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and overseeing behavior intervention plans, and supporting staff in delivering effective, evidence-based services.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior support plans
Analyze data and adjust interventions to ensure effective outcomes
Provide training, supervision, and ongoing support to direct care staff
Monitor the implementation of behavior plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, families, and stakeholders
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Ensure services align with ethical guidelines and best practices in applied behavior analysis
Compensation
This position is a contracted consultant position. Starting rate of $85/hr or more.
